I usually avoid new “literary” fiction (which I define as not a romance novel) because I have found a lot of them…boring. But because of such a high recommendation, I made an exception for The Lost Diary of Don Juan by Douglas Carlton Abrams. It’s full love, intrigue, sex, swashbuckling and adventure—just a few of my favorite things—all describe in beautiful sensuous prose. As for the ending…I think it will please everyone.

Holy crap! I can’t believe I missed your website debut. Very very nice. That mean ol’ JT didn’t say a thing. And don’t worry about blogging every day. It’s a miracle I can come up with something every Friday for my blog. By Thursday night I’m usually dreading it.
As for literary fiction…do I have to?
The last literary thing I read was Little Women and that was back in high school.
