Our heroine takes the day off

Alas! Our heroine, Darcy Darlington is on holiday today. If you find yourself in need of a procrastinatory activity, perhaps you might wish to reread the first nine chapters, in which Miss Felicity Weatherby  gives Darcy the task of obtaining the Diamond of Desire from The Evil Lord Hartshorne so that Darcy might wear it to secure the affections of the dashing Tristan Cole. As of next week, only three more chapters remain!
