I’m traveling to a warm sunny place this week–Huzzah! Since I burn easily, I will spend most of my time reading in the shade. Here are the books I’m bringing:
Seduce Me At Sunrise by Lisa Kleypas
This one came out months ago and I still have not read it! I’m blaming grad school and the crushing amount of non-romance-novel reading assigned each week.
Mistress Of Pleasure by Delilah Marville
I believe I discovered this new author on the wonderful blog of Elizabeth Boyle. Yet another book that’s been on my TBR pile for a while. A school of seduction, unbridled passion, a duke…damn it, grad school!
Like No Other Lover by Julie Anne Long
I love her books. I remember laughing out loud while reading The Runaway Duke on an airplane. Since then, she’s been on my auto buy list. Now if only her books would be on my class reading list.
The Temptation of The Night Jasmine by Lauren Willig
I could tell you how smart, funny and sweet Lauren’s books are (and the author herself) or you could see for yourself. Read her answers to The Same Six Questions I Always Ask or watch her reading her latest at Lady Jane’s Salon.

I hope you have a good time and that you enjoy your books!
I recently read The Rogue and the Rival and must say I love it. It was actually the first romance novel I’ve liked. I’m a romantic at heart and its odd I don’t like romance novels but your book has changed that. I’m getting the first in the series…yeah, reading out of order.
I cannot say how much I loved your book. I’m not sure if I’d be interested in reading any other romance novels…unless you wrote them. But, I am definitely interested in reading more from you. So, I hope there will be many to come.
Wow, Elizabeth, that is QUITE the compliment and I’m so honored! Thank you so much!
I also hope there will be many more of my books to come. I’m working on another right now. Until then, perhaps you might want to read some novels by authors that have inspired me, such as Julia Quinn, Eloisa James or Loretta Chase?
Best wishes!
Maya
Elizabeth, I second Maya. Pick up some of Julia Quinn’s earlier books or her Bridgerton series. I think you will enjoy them!
