The Life You Want. She graduated with honors from New York University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in literature at NYU. Maya is one of the co-founders of Lady Jane’s Salon, Manhattan’s only reading series devoted to romantic fiction. She has appeared on numerous radio and television shows to promote her work, including Good Morning America (May 2005).
